Description
Our client is looking for a Banking Management Consultant with previous experience in banking projects to join the project remotely.The expert will be working together with a team of Management Consultants under the direction of a senior Project Director.
The senior consultant is expected to focus on the bank operating model assessment and design, as well as lead the financial forecast exercise and the internal assessment of the bank.
Professional background
- 5-10 years of solid experience as a Management Consultant, ideally in top strategy consulting firms.
- Having worked for McKinsey, Bain, BCG, LEK, OW, Delta, Strategy&, ADL, Monitor, Roland Berger.
- Project management experience of at least 3 important projects.
- Significant work experience in the banking sector
- At least two important projects as MC in the banking sector
- Experience with financial forecasts for banks
- Ideally, 3 projects designing business plans (financial forecasts)
- Digital banking or transformation experience (at least 1 project)
