Description
Our client, a very dynamic Cloud Telecommunications company, is looking for a Business Insight Analyst to join their office in Manchester, UK.The team will be embedded in the digital strategy execution, a very exciting set of initiatives to be involved with driving transformational business change.
Main responsibilities:
- Product Performance/UX dashboards – based on product usage, sales, customer journey metrics.
- Quite possible market analytics based on competitor performance.
- BU reporting – against KPIs within the development and engagement function.
Professional background
- 3+ years of experience working in a data driven organisation that places value on insight as opposed to churned out reporting.
- Ideally previous experience of delivering insights that are actually used to make business decisions and a proven track record of what performance improvements have been made based on the insights.
- Strong background in the Telecom industry is highly appreciated. However, someone hungry for a new challenge, quality-focused, determined, comfortable with working with complex data sets, up for a challenge and potentially looking to move into a team leader position in the next year or two is also going to be considered.
- Knowledge of Power BI is mandatory
