Our client, a leading Telecom operator in the Middle East, Iraq is looking for a Business Solutions Sr. Manager.

Main responsibilities:
  • Deliver the objectives of the B2B segment through developing and executing the roadmap and annual plans and managing B2B team resources
  • Design, develop, plan and execute the B2B Segment strategy in alignment to the company‚Äôs overall strategy covering both domains B2B segment and Solutions
  • Management and development of the B2B value propositions for segments and solutions and offerings to ensure competitiveness and business sustainability
  • Lead the B2B Segments and Solutions teams to achieve the B2B Revenue and Market Share targets
  • Build a solid plan to capture the potential in ICT/Business Solutions and allow the company to own this platform in the market
  • Introduce new and innovative ways to forecast and budget based on a market potentiality, size and landscape
  • Accountable for revenue achievement, profitability and success of the B2B segment through the development and execution of the marketing plan.
  • Manage base development through strategies and tactics
  • Own product planning and commercial calendar in line with trends, customer insights and competition portfolio analysis.
  • Manage communication and influence relevant stakeholders to deliver in line with the agreed strategy
  • Lead the execution on the ground with the corporate sales to launch new value propositions or new promotions in the market
  • Set and approve commissions and incentive systems for the corporate sales in alignment with the head of Corporate Sales
  • Transfer knowledge to the team and develop their Marketing, Technical and Managerial capabilities
Professional background

  • 10+ years of experience in the B2B Marketing and Business Solutions
  • Bachelor in Business administration, or any relevant domain
  • Regional Experience / MBA or Master in Marketing is desirable
  • Strategic thinking
  • Analytical Skills
  • Decision Making
  • Good with Numbers
  • Strong communication skills
  • Arabic fluency is required
