Our client is a top management consulting firm working for a telecom operator in the Middle East. The telecom operator is rolling out Smart City infrastructure and use cases as a leading case study in the region.
They are searching for a Smart Cities Operations SME to support the end client.
Professional background
The expert should:
- Be experienced in heading / being involved at a high level in Smart Cities Projects from an Operations Perspective
- Have an understanding / good tech knowledge of Cloud and Smart Cities
- Have a good pragmatic view of how to manage a Smart City and all the different stakeholders:
- How to manage many use cases from a central Smart City perspective
- Set up the contact centre
- Set up and manage data coming from all those UCs
