Our client, a digital transformation company, is preparing a bid to obtain an MVNO licence in Kuwait.
The main Bid Documentation and Business Plan are already produced but an expert is required to review main hypothesis and local requirements.

During the next 3 weeks, a final review and discussion with the local MNOs has to take place and a wholesale expert with Kuwait market experience is needed to support.
Professional background
- 5 years of experience in Wholesale and MVNO business
- Good knowledge of Kuwait regulatory and telecom market
- Good experience in financial analysis and business planning
