base line services - Hosting (equiv to real estate rental) - from 2Us to half rack and full rack - basic hosting that was - secure cage for specific clients inc banks - / bandwidth either direct or meshed / then you have the value added services revolving around hosted services and cloud services - that is it in a nutshell- remote hands is also a typical bare service with cross connect..
more advanced services revolve around monitoring as well -

Unfortunately, your question is by far not qualified enough to provide a usable answer on this forum. As per Didier’s reply, are you referring to baseline hosting services, i.e. you will, as a bare minimum provide incremental rack space, a DMZ, and a networking service? Or do you require a model for ‘as-a-service’ cloud services? Attached is a synopsis of some of the ‘as-a-service’ variants that are available. To provide more detail will constitute by far too much information for this discussion platform.

More specifically, as a Multi-Tenant Data Center provider, we are working on the pricing structure to charge Telco/Content providers for hosting and interconnection services in the Meet-me-Room (billable elements and prices, distinguishing one-off from recurrent charges). Any guidance on these items would be very helpful.
Also, we are revising the same relating to the cross-connect prices for end-customers (to connect to those Telco providers in the Meet-me-Room) and for the Cloud Connect services from end customers to Public Cloud providers (Microsoft, Amazon, Google…)
Do you have such view and more specifically for the Spanish market?
Hi Robert, it is difficult to provide a pricing structure specifically for the Spanish market as I am familiar with the African market, more specifically South Africa, circa 2006-2014. I would presume the pricing ‘model’ can be applied in the Spanish market if the baseline pricing is converted to Euro. I will dig into my archives to find a costing model that may work and will share if I find one. Should just mention at this juncture that your base pricing (costs) will have to be adjusted to reflect the true costs in Spain, and will not simply be a case of changing the Rand price to Euro.
