Compare that to its investment in Zozo, which physically mails out its “Zozosuit”, a polka-dotted bodysuit that its app can scan to take accurate body scan measurements used for ordering.
Many gyms are making serious CRM investments into their fitness tools that let customers track their workouts and progress, including body fat measurements and overall health diagnostics taken at in-gym stations, then tracked in-app or online.
