What are the first steps in implementing a customer service plan?

Hi Nuria. So I’m assuming you have a plan that you now want to implement. Step 1 is to have answered the Why? (why do this?) and determined cost/benefit and then Step 2, get stakeholder buy-in including exec management, as without it you will be delayed/blocked. Make sure your plan includes time scales, risks and risk mitigation. Break the plan into chunks, starting with quick wins if they exist - they will gain you traction, and increasing support from stakeholders. Don’t do too much, too fast. I’ve done to many of these transformations to count and have learnt from past mistakes. If you want more info get back to me.

Firsts of all, decide what a client means for you.
What do you want to offer him?
If you don´t have this clear yoa have nothing to do.
And I insist, this is the first step and the most important.
(So define service specifications).
The rest is very easy: just technology.
