Hi Ishtiaq, thanks for the message!
Some of these questions I can answer here.
1. AI is a term for a very broad set of technologies. While some of them work on IoT data, and others need 5G to enable processing on the edge - others yet can work on the data that companies have already. In this webinar, I’ll be talking about customer support systems like ServiceNow, Salesforce for Services, Zendesk - those can kick-off an AI project. Any AI system needs data but it doesn’t have to do something with 5G, IoT, and even less with AR/VR.
2. Same goes here, many (if not most) AI use cases do not require additional network bandwidth.
3. I will give a vendor overview in webinar 2 “Choosing the right AI technologies”, and talk about the business case and ROI of AI implementations in webinar 3 “How to implement AI and not mess up”, hope that would clear some questions :) There’s an overview here https://blog.outvise.com/series-of-webinars-fuel-up-your-customer-service-with-ai/
4. Right now it’s really hard to say. What is clear is that current AI models can’t handle such drastic changes in consumer demand that happened due to the virus. How AI will assist in remote working & training is yet to be seen.
Cheers
Denys
