Description
Our client, a consulting firm with a focus on Digital Transformation and Information Technologies, is currently looking for a Telco Transformation Senior Project Manager to participate in a 5 months project in Philipines.

The responsibilities of the role:
  • PMO
  • Change management
  • Customer journeys mapping and processes
  • Workforce management (WFM)
  • Digital channel assessment
In parallel, there is also a continuous improvement team that will implement the quick wins.
Professional background

  • Extensive experience in Project Management
  • Extensive experience in the Telecom industry
  • Good understanding of business areas of Telecom
  • Knowledge of the main processes of Telecommunications operators and experience managing the processes
