Fibre Operations Manager

Description

We are looking to add an experienced Operations Manager to work for an important Telco provider based in South Africa to ensure that the end-to-end process from demand generation to service activation is properly defined and setup. This must be defined for own fibre as well as for leased fibre. Experience in the rollout of fixed connectivity services is required and experience in African or other emerging markets is valued. Desired Skills: Operational excellence, FTTX, ADSL, Fixed Access, Fixed network, Customer journey, Process definition, Outsourcing.
