The logical procedures in my minds: problem solving are done by input data (yes or no) into flow chart of simple self system checking, I am not very proficient in algorithms of advanced programming & coding, I wish I could participate in any AI/ML project developments…
you can limit it to any machine updates ( software ) but to replace hardware for a technical support helpdesk might involve on site technical assistance.

Underneath the animation there is some serious AI at work ensuring that the responses are realistic and helpful.
