Hi Zoran,
RF propagation model tuning requires the collection of field RF power measurements from a narrow band continuous wave signal, which the location and height are known. The idea is to use these measurements to improve the theoretical/statistical models, by comparing the predicted RF results for a given geographical area with the field measured results in that same area.
The key thing is that in order to achieve the required degree of accuracy one needs to implements a CW measurement campaign that can test multiple and diversified locations across the same type of clutter and the same frequency band.
Myself and my company we are experts in providing this kind of service and we are currently on high demand for the 5G frequencies (3.5GHz, 700MHz and 28GHz), so if you have the need to acquire this kind of service just get in touch on rui.inacio@vilicom.com

Thanks Rui; I will contact you off line.
A couple more questions: What equipment do you use (CW transmitter and a scanner for data collection, or UE-based data collection)? Where have you already provided this service—regions/country?
Hi Zoran,
yes, we use a CW transmitter and scanners for data acquisition. You cannot use UEs for this job because the transmitted signal is not modulated and carrying no information therefore with no use for the UE.
We are currently providing this service across the UK and Ireland. We have also projects due to start in Scandinavia and Southern Europe.
BR,
Rui Inacio
