Beschreibung
Our client, a multinational consulting firm, is looking for a Consultant with +4 years experience in SAP MM and WM modules.
The role of the consultant will be the resolution of incidents and small developments on the logistics solution of a company with an International level of presence . For this reason it is essential to have a good level of spoken and written English.
Knowledge in the SAP PP module is highly valued.
Tasks:
- Check periodically in Service Desk tool requests SAP support from any operating Company belonging to the ICT Region Breda-Barcelona.
- Evaluate these tickets and solve them by following internal procedures
- Document relevant changes
- Participate in the follow Up meetings connected to SAP Service Desk and SD meetings
