Descripción
Our client, a leading African mobile telecom provider, is looking for a Product Manager for Connectivity Services to develop wholesale services products.The responsibilities of the role:
- Develop the wholesale connectivity services product roadmap and manage the wholesale connectivity solutions product catalogue
- Identify new connectivity services products for wholesale connectivity clients
- Build and manage business cases for product implementation
- End to end ownership of product implementation
- Define the pricing of new products
- Manage connectivity services profitability and product economics for this line of business
- Define and maintain a customer experience plan and ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the OpCo’s teams to define the requirements for domestic connectivity products for wholesale customers
- Provide stakeholders with updated high-quality product collateral, target prices and discount matrices across routes and accounts
Experiencia profesional
- 5+ years relevant commercial experience in the fixed line international telecommunication industry preferably in enterprise/connectivity product business
- 2+ years of relevant product experience
