Our client, a consulting firm with a focus on Digital Transformation and Information Technologies, is currently looking for a Telco Transformation Senior Project Manager to participate in a 5 months project in Philipines.The responsibilities of the role:
- PMO
- Change management
- Customer journeys mapping and processes
- Workforce management (WFM)
- Digital channel assessment
Experiencia profesional
- Extensive experience in Project Management
- Extensive experience in the Telecom industry
- Good understanding of business areas of Telecom
- Knowledge of the main processes of Telecommunications operators and experience managing the processes
