Role & Responsibilities
- Support TV Assistant director on the implementation of TV roadmap and translate that into technical requirements for the Middleware Modernization plan
- Define TV technological strategy and roadmap
- Support on the RFP /RFI papers creation from Commercial BU perspective, place product requirements and review project delivery
- Validate the TV MulitScreen and UI/UX solutions and implementations in sight of new RFP project preparation
- Perform vendor analysis
to support the Commercial department with studies in all
RFP responses, helping to identify the matching UI/UX solutions and attached systems
- Involved in project implementation stage with all internal and external parties ( Vendors) for integration work, testing phase ( QA, FUT) and support on the market roll-out
- Plan and orchestrate migration of the service to the new middleware
- Support the TV team with BAU activities:
- Related to QoE and QoS monitoring, and data analytics
- Product testing ( STB/CPE), plan FUT and firmware roll-outs
Experiencia profesional
- 15+ years of experience in Technology/Marketing (or on a Technology related role in any other area)
- 10+ years in a similar role within Telecom-Media-Technology
- 3+ years of experience in video operations, and quality improvement
- Familiar with TV business models, international and regional markets and trends
- Outstanding knowledge of Telco, and specifically IPTV/OTT Technology ecosystem
- Able to perform due-diligence on TV Strategy on a group level
- Excellent project management skills
- Excellent knowledge on Telecom products and services
- Excellent knowledge on media service provider operational activities
- Proven Experience with hybrid IPTV/OTT ecosystems
- Experience/knowledge with Huawei Hybrid IPTV Ecosystem
- Experience working with STB OEMs (SAGEM and any others)
- Experience leading/working on with Android TV projects, including third parties integration (Netflix and others)
- Experience leading/working on Apple TV projects (including Zero Sign on)
- Familiar with business case elaboration and concepts such as CAPEX and OPEX
