Descripción
Our client, a leading telecom provider with operations across Africa and the Middle East, is looking for an IT Service Delivery Manager to manage and supervise the managed service providers that they have.The responsibilities of the role include:
- Manage outsourcers in software delivery and application operations
- Oversee the IT governance and manage IT service delivery programs to ensure continuous improvement of the level of quality of applications and services that IT delivers to the business
- Establish and monitor performance benchmarks for IT service delivery
- Manage outsourcers and project issues
Experiencia profesional
- 4-year Academic Degree. A postgraduate qualification is a plus
- Solid IT Service Delivery experience
- Incident Management experience
- Customer oriented
- Telecom industry experience is a plus
- South African citizen
