- Ensuring delivery of services as per MLAs agreed with clients
- Evaluating business potential in existing clients
- Assessing client needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
- Planning and delivering service roadmaps and commercial strategies with a view to retaining existing customers and increasing brand loyalty
- Identifying opportunities for increased revenue
- Oversight on customer complaints to ensure resolution and per SLA
- Experience in client management or client service delivery
- Experience in managed services management as client interface
- Good understanding of infrastructure management business
