Through its Digital Unit it plans to launch a leading Instant Messaging 3.0 (IM) application to any customer in its markets - The new service will integrate IM services with e-commerce and mobile advertising services to enable new revenue streams - Consultant must combine business knowledge with technical knowledge to develop and present a business case/strategy and define the RFP requirements to select a platform vendor
