DescriptionOur client, a telecommunications call center, is in need of a business/management consultant with process redesign experience to participate in a project in Barcelona.
The responsibilities of the role include designing AS-IS and TO-BE processes with the end goal of optimizing processes and increasing automatization.
- Solid experience in Management or Business Consulting in digital space (7+ years)
- Experience in Process Redesign
- Fluent in Spanish
- Call Center/Airlines industry experience is nice to have
