Our client, a leading South African mobile telecom provider, is looking for a Manager to setup the new telesales function for the small-medium sized enterprises (SME segment). This will require the set-up of the right framework to operate through external telesales partners.
The responsibilities of the role:
- End to end responsibility from lead generation to contract closure
- Setup telesales partner agreements, KPI´s and SLA´s
- Define and agree on processes and governance with the telesales partner
- Define campaigns and setup the right targets, brief and train the telesales partners
- Track campaign performance and agreed SLA´s and KPI´s
- Coordinate with telesales partner to identify issues and provide solutions
- Optimize the fulfillment process for the telesales partner, including the order activation tools and credit vetting functions
- 3-5 years of telesales experience
- Proven experience in managing telesales teams
- Telecom operator experience is mandatory
