I am assuming, you are pointing to pricing and commercial construct to be included as part of IoT contract. Usually, the pricing and commercial construct are dependent on the IoT vertical the commercial agency is dealing with. Are you interested in pricing construct for underlying connectivity or for end to end IoT solution i.e. connectivity + Device/Sensor + Application?

HI Victor, is your project ‘out of the box infrastructure which has been previously deployed or will the consultant need to engage with third-party technology solution providers?
It depends on who you are . If you are an IoT platform then revenue sharing is a good scenario. If you are a device-manufacturer - then a usual reseller agreements will do.
