What are your views on the Artificial Intelligence (AI) for B2C development? What services would be on demand?

One that springs to mind is customer service/customer experience. By analyzing customer calls to help desk, customer emails and trouble tickets, we can find trends on common issues facing customers and then provide proactive fixes to help.

I guess the best job for AI today is garbage separation- glass,  paper, plastic, food waste , toxic batteries etc. It is much more efficient then asking millions of people do that.

AI has already been very actively serving consumers for many sectors and more to come. Its like a layer on the technology within technology , with the advent of 5G and accurate data science AI will convert most of the existing services in to much accurate and faster ones.
In the future, artificial intelligence (AI) appears likely to influence marketing strategies, including business models, sales processes, and customer service options, as well as customer behaviors. From telecom & consumer industry perspective I can give few examples of already available services & future services going to be available:

Call center calls is a big use case for AI. If we have a large corpus of “good” and “bad” calls, the AI can highlight the “bad” calls for managers to review so they can help with training. the correct call center agent action can also reduce churn.

I think it is the other way round. That AI is more evolved in B2C services than B2B, simply because of the volumes available in B2C for machine learning. For example face recognition to open a phone or Alexa’s voice recognition to start music or spotify or netflix recommendation engines are all AI in B2C space.
