Our client is the leading telecom services provider in Middle East and Africa with a presence across 22 countries and over 230Mn subscribers.
We are looking for a business expert on CVM to setup and coordinate the CVM function across countries. This position will require:
- Strong business expertise around Customer Value management
- Full view of the CVM function, from technology requirements to analysis, campaigns and impact measurement
- Great at defining what is the minimum readiness and put in place an action plan to achieve it across countries
- Coordination of work streams to deliver the required readiness according to agreed priorities across countries
CVM expert with the following competences:
- Over 8 years in customer lifecycle management and analytics
- Good knowledge of customer analytics function, its organisation, its tools and required capabilities
- Good expertise on analysis, campaign definitions and impact measurement
- Able to provide and revise business requirements on people and technology
- Has led a similar function at a Group level in the past
