Our client is an African market leader in Telecom services distribution currently looking for a Data Scientist Manager to organize and coach a team of 2-3 data scientists in Johannesburg.Responsibilities of the role:
- Set up and develop the Telecom data science practice
- Setup and coach the team
- Review existing capabilities
- Develop a telecom centric set of use cases
- Interface with Telecom clients to assess needs and propose solutions
- Ensure the delivery of agreed solutions
Professional background
- Telecom industry experience
- Data Science and analytics experience for telecom
- Good knowledge of CVM and customer segmentation
