Our client, one of the world's leading food and beverage companies, is looking for a Commercial Digitalization manager.
- Transform the traditional door by door type of selling into a digitally enabled platform allowing customers not only to upload their orders but also to benefit from special conditions as well as benefiting from a 24/7 communication mean
- Deliver profitable growth managing the full selling lifecycle with a data-driven approach and improving user experience and products’ performance
- Lead the digital data and commercial governance agenda
- Manage 3rd party vendors and agencies and work collaboratively with a broad range of stakeholders (Field Sales teams, Trade Marketing, IT and European Digital Transformation teams)
- Sales transformation experience (door by door to a digitally enable platform)
- Broad understanding of the full selling lifecycle with a data-driven approach
- Experience managing 3rd party vendors and agencies
- Analytical skills
- Able to understand tool KPI's (conversion, usage... )
- Ability to address gaps vs plan
- People skills
- Lead and implement change
- Fluent English and Portuguese
