Description
Our client, an international consulting firm with offices in Madrid and Barcelona, is looking for a Director - O&M to join their team in Madrid.The expert will work with clients and customers from the Spanish market in the context of Networks Deployment projects.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, direct, oversee, and integrate the activities and operations of the full cycle of O&M
- Identify and materialize business opportunities, managing the entire business cycle (prescription, focus, commercial offer, follow-up, negotiation).
- Be responsible for different programs (per client or per service)
- Economic management of the assigned projects
Professional background
- 15+ years of experience in the Telecom sector
- Business-related experience as a Director
- Hands-on Network deployment experience
- Knowledge of how different Telco Operators work, able to establish long-term relationships with external and internal customers
- Experience with OSS/BSS systems
- Excellent Team Management skills
- Fluent Spanish is mandatory
