Description
Our client, a telecom operator in the Middle East, is looking for a Technical Integration Manager.The expert will be expected to:
- Understand and define the technical integrations requirements of the different use cases into the Smart Qatar Central Platform
- Coordinate with Platform team and use cases team to ensure smooth integration and implementation of the use cases into the Smart Qatar Central Platform
- Planning and overseeing the transfer of crucial information necessary for the support, operation, and acceptance of the solutions deployed.
- Responsible for coordinating project implementation through providing capable team leadership, monitoring deadlines and information flow during project work.
- Manage internal teams and third-party development partners in the definition, development and testing of all project elements.
- Responsible for the required documentation to ensure compliant onboarding of the use cases into central IoT platform.
- Understand technical integration technologies, as well as IoT, cloud and API technologies so decisions can be made on project plan requirements.
- Translate the different functional and technical requirements of the IoT platform/cloud/data centre into detailed processes, standards and manual for the use-cases providers to follow.
- Work with use case developers to ensure the right collaboration model across all aspects (e.g. onboarding, CEX, integration, security, etc.)
Professional background
- Strong smart city use cases knowledge, both technical and business-oriented
- Strong knowledge of data centres, cloud and IoT platforms integrations requirements and procedures
- Detailed design process definition of standards/manuals
- Proven ability of planning and applying use cases design processes within the context of a smart central platform
- Collaborative interpersonal style and strong negotiation skills to influence, lead and negotiate with use cases developers
- Excellent teamwork skills to be able to work together with all different stakeholders
