What operators in Europe have the best real-life cases of combining low power wide area networks with traditional mobile networks?

Only country that comes to my mind - France, home turf of Sigfox and Semtec (LoRA). French operators have played for a long time with LPWANs and traditional networks (SFR is with Sigfox, both Orange and Boygues - LoRAWAN).
