Description
Our client is a world leading infrastructure management company that is setting up a managed services unit to run a new Mobile Telecom Infraco in Saudi Arabia.
We are looking to put in place a best in class team that can start-up the business and run it creating the first Mobile Telecom Infraco in Saudi Arabia. This operation will provide the best customer experience and operations to successfully create a service provider to serve the Saudi Arabia telecom landscape.
This position will require the monitoring of the assets, proactive and reactive resolution of incidents and management of the operations in line with priorities and client commiments.

Assessment of NOC requirements and definition of target NOC tools, processes and operating model- Setup of operations to run NOC including greenfield or migration from existing operations
- Operating the network within costs and SLAs
- Accurate and timely understanding of all assets under management
- Monitoring alarms and following established operating and escalation procedures
- Report incidents, respond to trouble tickets
Professional background
- Previous experience at defining and running NOC operations (>3 years)
- Relevant experience in asset inventory and management
- Partner and vendor negotiations
- Close coordination with commercial and operations areas
