Description
- This position corresponds to a general manager with extensive experience in post-paid markets to accelerate the adoption of the customer base, customer satisfaction increase and revenue uptake for this segment.
- Our client is the main challenger in a mature African market and it aims to accelerate its presence in this market to challenge the current market leader.
- The position will require:
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience at defining post-paid value propositions and GTM
- End-to-end customer lifecycle definition and management
- Focus on customer base management and retention
- Ongoing repositioning and NPS improvement for the segment
- This role will have a full organisation to develop offerings, GTM and customer management
Professional background
- Over 8 years experience as segment head for postpaid
- Total telecom experience >10 years
- Experience in mature markets with relevant post-paid competition
- Results oriented
- Overall commercial teams management
